The relatively low number of 10 rooms allows us to give special attention to each and every one of our guests, welcoming them in an open and relaxed environment.
Our staff is qualified to handle with discretion and courtesy every need of travelers who come here for business or just for relaxation.
Located just 15-minutes’ walk from Alba Carolina Fortress, near the most important touristic attractions, our guesthouse welcomes you in an intimate, modern, functional and friendly space.

The Space
From the very beginning, we imagined walking in the shoes of our guests, from the entrance to the sleeping area, aiming to provide a general feeling of well-being in every room. The intimate ambience comes from the attention to detail and the integration of all the functionalities needed to provide comfort and high quality services.
The furniture and the lighted and darkened areas were carefully staged to match the functionality sought by the guests in that space. Cold, mineral materials, such as concrete, sandstone and glass, meet warm wood finishes and beige or gray textile inserts, with an occasional pop of colour.

A comfort-oriented decor has been created in all the 7 spacious rooms and 3 suites.
Our design kept in mind the idea of offering our guests complete relaxation at the end of the day. Guests have free Wi-Fi access, an LCD TV with a variety of cable channels, a minibar, a kettle, a hairdryer, towels, toiletries and other small accessories provided by staff ready to meet any small whim.
After a restful sleep, a healthy breakfast accompanied by quality coffee or tea is served in a welcoming and multifunctional restaurant. Served as a buffet, the menu is designed to satisfy both gourmet lovers, vegetarians and even the guests on a diet.
During the day, this space serves as a place to socialize or as a relaxation oasis for those who want to enjoy a cup of coffee while catching up with the news of the day. The restaurant can also host presentations and mini-conferences.
Parking spaces are provided in the inner courtyard.
We do not accept pets.
